Treasure Hunter is an exciting board game for children of all ages! One player hides gems around the house. The others must find those gems, and bring them back to the game board. Here they use the Treasure Hunter app to view the board and gems in AR to determine where to place them and get clues from a cheeky monkey.




Ancient Tides
2023-Present
Ancient Tides is an always-online mobile adventure game that blurs the line between reality and fantasy. Players traverse the world of Vesta by physically walking with their device, explore the world in 3D with gyroscopic movement, and find hidden treasures in AR using their camera.




Fall of Angels
2010-2013
Fall of Angels is a 15-hour JRPG for mobile and desktop, combining item-based puzzles with turn-based combat and a rich story and detailed world.


Unreal Games
2021-2023
Several games created in Unreal Engine 4. These include Lost Expedition, a 3D adventure game set in the Amazon, and a 3D platformer.




Off My Nuts
2010
Off My Nuts is an action game where the squirrel must fight off all manner of animals, people, and aliens trying to steal his golden nuts. Each level offers a different challenge, from defending a castle to floating around in space.

Led the development of the new Playtime Island, one of the flagship applications for the BBC Childrens department and the portal to the rest of the CBeebies game catalogue.

BBC Childrens
2013-2016
Delivered the Childrens websites (both CBeebies and CBBC) to an audience of millions. Built the engine on which BBC games content are built.
TV

BBC iPlayer
2016-2019
Built new features for the BBC iPlayer TV app. Created Node.js micro-services, enhanced the app client using React, led the content surfacing of UHD content over key events (World Cup, Wimbledon, FA Cup final), creating bespoke performance monitoring tools from scratch to work with our software stack.

iTV Hub
2020-2021
Part of the team releasing the new ITV Hub to millions of viewers. Led the delivery of technology improvement- A/B testing, gathering and analysis of data around customer engagement, visualisation of monitoring and statistics.

Scaled engineering department from startup (5 engineers) to 50+ people across 5 countries, implementing inclusive hiring and performance frameworks. Led and supported Principal and Senior Engineers through clear career frameworks, personalised development plans, and ongoing mentoring. Navigated team through acquisition with 100% retention and seamless delivery continuity. Championed Agile culture, developer experience, and technical leadership across the org. Oversaw cross-functional collaboration with Product, UX, QA, and Delivery stakeholders.

Led the engineering department at Doddle, creating SaaS products in the area of parcel logistics. This includes multiple white-labelled web portals, android-based parcel kiosks, and warehouse management systems. All run on a multi-cloud microservices architecture.

Live Action Events
2024-Present
I run live-action camping events, where participants solve puzzles and challenges to progress through the plot of the event. A tent village, songs around the campfire, a cocktail bar, and mobile interactive apps are used to create an immersive experience that players wont forget.
